Sea Breeze Bungalow is on a barrier island on the east coast of Florida between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway (we call it “the river”). We are surrounded by nature and multiple species of wildlife–  retirees notwithstanding 🙂   
Sea Breeze Bungalow is in an area called “The Hammock.”  In the southeast, a “hammock”  is a dense stand of evergreen hardwood and palm forests which grow in sandy soil. 
Although there are several upscale gated communities in The Hammock, it is Old Florida: Live Oak Trees, Spanish moss, many sand roads, sparsely attended gorgeous beaches, amazing sunrises over the ocean, and spectacular sunsets over the river– yet close to everything you need. It doesn’t get any better than this.
